Payment

Fees at Signature Endodontics vary with type of treatment and by tooth. Once necessary treatment is established, you will be given the cost of treatment and an estimated co-payment. Often, treatment is offered on the same day as the exam. Please be aware that payment/co-pays are due at the time of service. 

We accept most credit cards, cash, and checks. We also participate with CareCredit; you can apply for CareCredit prior to your appointment by visiting Carecredit.com. If you prefer, our staff can help you register when you visit our office, but this may use a portion of your appointment time, so please plan accordingly. You may contact our office with any questions.

Insurance

We participate with several dental benefit plans. Our business staff will assist in answering your insurance coverage questions.

If you would like an estimated co-payment prior to your appointment, please call our business staff before coming to our office. Due to changes in insurance policies, it can be difficult to interpret each individual policy.

We make every effort to contact your insurance company to determine your coverage and co-payment due at the time of service. However, this is only an estimate, not a guarantee. Dental insurance rarely covers all fees, so please be aware that you will be responsible for any balances due.
