Dr. M. Kay McNeight

Dr. M. Kay McNeight attended Oakland University where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology.  She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Dentistry (1985).  Following a general practice residency in Lyons, New Jersey, Dr. McNeight entered the graduate specialty program at the University of Detroit-Mercy where she earned a Certificate of Endodontics (1988).  She remains active in several professional organizations, having served on the Michigan Dental Association’s peer review committee and the State of Michigan Endodontic Specialty Board Examination Committee. Dr. McNeight is currently teaching Endodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy.

Dr. Kimberly K. Melegari

Dr. Kimberly K. Melegari attended the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Science degree in biopsychology.  She then assisted in medical research at the University of Michigan Medical Center and simultaneously received a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the School of Public Health.  Dr. Melegari then attended the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Dentistry from which she graduated with honors.  Following dental school, she completed a general practice residency at the John D. Dingell Veterans Administration Hospital in Detroit.  Dr. Melegari then returned to the University of Michigan and received a Certificate in Endodontics from the School of Dentistry.  During her graduate specialty program, she taught endodontics to undergraduate dental students and was honored with the John F. Corcoran Educational Award.  Dr. Melegari is active in organized dentistry at the state and local levels.

Dr. Ashley Coulter

Dr. Ashley Rose Coulter attended Michigan State University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in physiology, bioethics and humanities from the Lyman Briggs College. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine graduating cum laude from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts and is a member of the Gamma Gamma Chapter of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Following dental school, she returned to Michigan and completed a general practice residency at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. Dr. Coulter then attended the University of Illinois-Chicago and received her Certificate in Endodontics. She is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association. Dr. Coulter is currently board eligible and is working towards Diplomate status with the American Board of Endodontics. Outside of the office, Dr. Coulter is happy to be back home in Michigan and enjoys spending her time with her husband and two kids with her two dogs, Riley and Audrey.

Dr. Carolin Ibrahim

Dr. Carolin Ibrahim knew from an early age that she wanted to be a dentist after working as a dental assistant for a mobile dentistry practice that provided care for the elderly.  Dr. Ibrahim earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakland University. She then attended University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery and graduated with honors in 2013.

Following her graduation, Dr. Ibrahim practiced general dentistry for three years in Metro Detroit before deciding to pursue a specialty in endodontics. She completed her residency in endodontics at Indiana University School of Dentistry where she received her Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Endodontics. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Macomb District Dental Society.  In her free time, Dr. Ibrahim enjoys spending time traveling with her husband, drawing, painting, gardening and photography

Renee – Office Manager

Renee attended Michigan State University where she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising. She has worked in the dental field for over 20 years, ten of those years with Dr. Melegari and Dr. McNeight. She has worked in both the business and clinical areas, including working as a patient care coordinator. With her educational background Renee has been instrumental in implementing our promotional and marketing ideas. Along with her husband, she enjoys and is involved with her two children’s many activities and traveling.

Carrie – Dental Assistant

Carrie has worked in the dental field as an assistant for nine years, with both Dr. Melegari and Dr. McNeight. She was excited to join the team at Signature Endodontics, and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her three children.

Jessica – Dental Assistant

Jessica has a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Central Michigan University, and a Master’s degree from Marygrove College. She worked for many years as a fourth-grade teacher before becoming a full time stay at home mom for her three boys. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and golfing.
